Michael Stratos

Michael founded Ideal Integrations in 2003 and, under his leadership, the company has become one of the top IT services firms in the region. He has expanded the company nationally with a presence in multiple states. In 2009, Michael was honored with an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award in the Technology, sales, and service category and has maintained the same level of dedication, curiosity, and integrity that earned him that recognition. He has furthered those efforts by co-founding Blue Bastion, a Pittsburgh-based cybersecurity firm, and acquiring thinkCSC, a top managed IT firm in Columbus, Ohio.

With more than 30 years of computer infrastructure and security experience, Michael demonstrates that he is not your average CEO. He is invested in every aspect of the company, working hand in hand with team members from every department and with clients, developing comprehensive managed services and IT solutions. Melissa Stratos

As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Melissa’s successful track record of more than 15 years includes sales achievements in the technology industry. Her recognized strength as a leader comes from her ability to forge and motivate teams and form strategic alliances. She has developed programs that bring value to the customer and have engendered sustained growth of the company’s client bases and channel relationships. In addition to her efforts within the company, Melissa passionately supports her local community and has driven Ideal’s involvement with several local and national charitable organizations. Ryan Romano

Ryan has been part of the Ideal family since their launch. With more than 20 years of industry experience in cloud architecture, server and storage infrastructure design, and backup and recovery solutions, he has been instrumental in the growth and success of Ideal Integrations. Ryan leads the Solutions Engineering team, working hand in hand with sales team members, partners, and engineers, to provide clients with IT solutions that are tailored to their needs. Ryan is driven to continually seek more secure and efficient solutions for the infrastructure and security that businesses need to thrive. Christopher Fox

Christopher has always focused on spearheading a company’s technical vision. Bringing more than 23 years of IT experience from a variety of companies, including MSPs and K-12 institutions, he now serves as Ideal Integrations’ CTO. A tremendous resource for Ideal’s clients and employees, Christopher is committed to finding strategic solutions for business needs, whether it’s connectivity and accessibility to the cloud, or implementing new layers of disaster recovery. Luke McOmie
Vice President of Offensive Security
Luke McOmie

Luke has been working in offensive security since 1994 and is a leading expert in the field. By leveraging his talents and extensive experience in security leadership and program development, security service practice and team direction, red teaming, ethical hacking, penetration testing, social engineering, physical security, assessments, incident response, and compliance, Luke guides companies and executive leaders to understand the importance of, communicating the need for, and addressing the challenges that it takes to create and maintain a strong security posture. He has founded and contributed to several top industry organizations throughout his career, including startups, Fortune 100 enterprises, and federal agencies. Luke is an extrovert who passionately supports the information security community; he is a featured speaker at various conferences, a published author, and an industry liaison for many businesses and organizations. Corey Bussard

Corey Bussard

Corey Bussard is passionate about cybersecurity and has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He has held many different roles on both the red, blue, and purple teams. Corey was instrumental in starting Ideal Integration’s subsidiary, Blue Bastion, and progressively took on leadership positions with Ideal Integrations, becoming Manager of the Network Operations Center in 2015, Manager of the Security Operations Center in 2017, Director of Cybersecurity Services in 2019, and Vice President of Security Services in 2021. Corey prides himself on keeping up to date with all facets of the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape, endeavoring to contribute to the industry as a whole by sharing his expertise with the community. Al joined Ideal Integrations in 2005 as a controller, bringing with him his more than 25 years of leadership experience and financial expertise. His wealth of knowledge in real estate, hospitality, and property management industries have provided the fiscal guidance required to achieve Ideal’s responsible growth goals. A graduate of Robert Morris University, Al has a successful history of working in the information technology and services industry, and possesses strong financial, troubleshooting, and team building skills. Bobby Riggs serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ideal Integrations, bringing over 20 years of experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, tech-enabled service companies. Renowned for his highly analytical and hands-on leadership style, Bobby specializes in translating complex business strategies into tangible financial outcomes, maximizing profits, and aligning with the interests of shareholders, employees, and customers. His expertise spans finance operations, auditing, banking, and M&A, with a proven track record of streamlining processes and driving organizational performance through strategy formulation, regulatory compliance, and robust financial controls. Bobby’s collaborative approach and ability to provide actionable recommendations make him an invaluable partner to the executive management team, ensuring the efficiency and productivity of company operations. A strategic thought leader and trusted partner to CEOs, Bobby has excelled in formalizing and standardizing accounting functions, enhancing compliance and governance, overhauling financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, and creating significant shareholder value. Beyond his professional achievements, Bobby resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children.
